from the heart
We put honesty and integrity at the heart of everything we do, from the way we run our business and treat our team, to the relationships we like to have with our clients and the messaging we push out for them.
As trained journalists we understand how to work with the media and give them information the way they need it. This has helped to forge strong relationships across a broad spectrum of the media, from the property trade press, to the business and property editors/correspondents on the national and regional newspapers.
We are firm believers in working with experts in their fields rather than trying to do everything ourselves. As such we have established partnerships with public affairs agencies, designers, placemaking consultants and more.
When it comes to the communication of key messages, it is important to understand the psychology of the audiences you want to reach. This is often the difference between getting them to engage or not. We take time to carefully consider what your public need to hear to steer them to make the choices you want them to.
value for money
As an independently owned business we set our own agenda and answer only to ourselves and our clients. As such we have set a competitive pricing structure that puts value and quality at its core. Our aim is to make your budget go further.
Our team has come from a corporate environment and that is reflected in our quality of work, network of contacts and range of experience. That said, we believe in enjoying working with our clients and establishing close working relationships, so like to keep the formalities as informal as possible.

He has been responsible for advising on everything from corporate positioning strategies to consumer focused, sales led campaigns. “Quite simply, I want people to trust our advice and enjoy working with us.”
Having trained as a journalist, Christine went into PR in 2007 and went on to work in-house with two of the UK’s largest property groups.
She joined David in the early days of 26 Letters, having held the role of Group Press Office Manager at Countrywide plc for four years. During this time she took responsibility for all pro-active and reactive corporate communications for the Group, including its Retail (estate agency and lettings), B2B (surveying, conveyancing, asset management and residential property auctions), financial services and research business units.
As well as Countrywide, Christine spent five years in the press office of national estate agency Connells, looking after its corporate reputation as well as supporting the land and new homes division and driving sales through consumer brand awareness.
Christine also has experience of investor relations and the sensitivities involved with handling shareholder communications.
