David is a highly experienced communications adviser, with almost 20 years’ PR and journalism experience, the last half of which have been focused solely on the property sector.
David set up 26 Letters PR following four years as a partner within the specialist property PR arm of one of the world’s largest listed PR, marketing and communications groups. David’s vast experience mixes journalistic training, with agency and in-house PR roles. He has been responsible for advising on everything from corporate positioning strategies to consumer focused, sales led campaigns.
David’s range of property clients have included national house builders, niche residential developers, estate agents, professional services firms, commercial developers, asset managers and leisure operators. Outside of the property sector, he has worked with well-respected law firms, large international businesses, high profile individuals, major media groups and a range of travel, leisure and luxury lifestyle brands. He is also an experienced crisis management handler, having managed the media in numerous high profile situations, including international humanitarian disasters and sensitive high court cases.

Having trained as a journalist, Christine went into PR in 2007 and has since worked in-house with two of the UK’s largest property firms.
Prior to joining 26 Letters, Christine held the role of Group Press Office Manager at Countrywide plc for four years. During this time she took responsibility for all pro-active and reactive corporate communications for the Group, including its Retail (estate agency and lettings), B2B (surveying, conveyancing, asset management and residential property auctions), financial services and research business units.
As well as Countrywide, Christine spent five years in the press office of national estate agency Connells, looking after its corporate reputation as well as supporting the land and new homes division and driving sales through consumer brand awareness.
Christine also has experience of investor relations and delivering communications strategies for digital property solutions and residential property funds.
